We announce the death of Barbara Lynn Orcutt (Payson, Arizona), who passed away on September 22, 2026, at the age of 81. Barbara will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her husband Jerome Arthur Orcutt; her parents, Harley Carter and Zeida Carter; and her siblings, Harley Carter, Terrance Carter and Betty Ann Carter.
She is survived by: her children, Lori (Brad), Bill, John (Lori), David and Daniel; her grandchildren, JC, Chantal, Sarah, Becky, Isaac, Harper and Thaddeus; and her great grandchild Skyler.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Messinger Payson Funeral Home (901 S Westerly Rd, Payson, AZ 85541). A committal service will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 1:15 PM to 1:45 PM at the National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona (2929 E Pinnacle Peak Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85012).
