She was predeceased by : her parents, Joseph Roosen and Genevieve Roosen; and her siblings, Jean Bogdan and Joseph'Bud'Roosen. She is survived by : her husband Bill Carter; her children, Mike Carter (Maya) and Pam Howd (late Rick); her grandchildren, Thomas Carter (Rachel) and Jon-Claude Howd; and her great grandchildren, Kamryn, Dakota and Jordan Carter.
