She is survived by: her husband Bill Carter; her children, Mike Carter (Maya) and Pam Howd (late Rick); her grandchildren, Thomas Carter (Rachel) and Jon-Claude Howd; and her great grandchildren, Kamryn, Dakota and Jordan Carter.
