She was predeceased by: her mother Jean. She is survived by: her husband Kenneth Duckworth; her children, Michael A. Perry (Angel) of Tooele, UT and Danielle Perry (Chris) of Casper, WY; her grandson Caden Perry of Anchorage, AK; and her sisters, Nancy Klopstock (Jim) of Fairfield, CA and Denise Warfield of Seaside, CA. She is also survived by four nephews and one niece.
