He is survived by: his wife Jodie Neal; his children, Kathryn (James), Elizabeth, Greg (Hope), David Jr., Hunter (Lindsay) and Noah; his grandchildren, Lily, Skyler, Sophia, Brayden, Logan, Scarlett, Hunter and Grayson; his siblings, James R Neal III and Laura Neal; his sister-in-law Alissa Miller (Bryan); his parents, James R Neal Jr. and Jean Neal; his mother-in-law Sharon Pierce; and his close friends, Sarah and Adam Mitchell. He is also survived by his family, from loving time with his wife, to time with his children and his grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, August 17th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the VFW Post 1433 Sandy Coor.
