He is survived by: his sons, Jeffrey (Theresa) of Lakehead, CA, Steven (Deb) of Arlington, WA and Ted (Carrie) of Snohomish, WA; his grandchildren, Nathan (Haylee) of Kirkland, WA, Max of Republic, WA and Tehya of Plano; and his great grandchild Wilden of Plano, TX.. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
