He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Carroll Sullivan and Mary Ann Bussiere; and his brother Richard Sullivan. He is survived by: his wife Twila Sullivan; his sons, Cooper Sullivan and Brody Sullivan; and his sisters, Donna McMullen and Samantha Neuens.
