He is survived by: his wife Sandra Judkins; his daughters, Lisa Perdrizet (Robert), Lori Juscius (Matthew) and Leslie Demmert; his grandchildren, Keenan Perdrizet, Jade Perdrizet, Mallory Martinez, Sydney Wright and Amare Demmert; and his brother Norman Armitage (Ellen).
