He was predeceased by: his brother Damien Ludwick. He is survived by: his wife Carey Ann Ludwick; his parents, Dan Ludwick and Linda Ludwick; and his siblings, Warren Hinch, Matt Ludwick and Katie Ludwick (Keith Cook). He is also survived by his wife, his children, his family.
