He is survived by: his wife Lynn; his daughter Jill Jacobi Brown; his grandson Jacob; his children, Christopher Jacobi and Alexandra Zak; his siblings, Charles Jacobi (Jean), James Jacobi (Lynn) and Kate Ward (Jonny); his brother-in-law Rich Daniels; his stepdaughter Michelle (Joe); his stepgranddaughter Adria (Chris); Caelyn, Abigail, Anthony (Bailey), Everett, Liam, Wayne (late Sandra Ranthum), Glen (Mary Connors) and Lois Johnson (late Paul). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
