Though Adelaide Joanna Sergott may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Adelaide Joanna Sergott touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Sergott and Joanna Klaban; her husband Joseph Kushibab; and her son Peter Kushibab. She is survived by:, Linda Kushibab Kirby, Stephen Kirby, Jeff Kirby and Thomas Kushibab.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Whitney & Murphy Funeral Home (4800 E Indian School Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85018). A rosary will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 from 6:30 PM to 7:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to Saint Mary's Food Bank in Phoenix, Arizona.
