He was predeceased by: his parents, Violet Mohn (Johnson) and Sydney E. Mohn; and his stepmother Victoria Mohn (Nelson). He is survived by: his wife Nicky; his friend Lakeville; his children, Leah DeBates (Brett), Nina Frank (John), Jim Mohn and Tami Campbell (David); his grandchildren, Nick DeBates, Nathan DeBates, Megan Rogers (Will), Alex Swegarden (Ben), Johnna Frank, Tim Mohn, Christopher Mohn, Nadja Mohn, Yanina Mohn, Chelsea Campbell, Ashlie Green and Jessie Green; his great grandchildren, Willow Rodgers, Baby Rodgers and Nicky Mohn; and his brothers, John Mohn (Sharon) and Bruce Mohn (Cheryl).
