She is survived by: her parents, Terri Mahl and Dennis Kubicek; her son Vincent Thomas, Jr.; her brother Kelly Kubicek; and her stepparents, Mark Mahl and Teresa Kubicek. She is also survived by numerous step sisters, step brothers, aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
