She is survived by: her brother Robert Carlson (Connie) of Washington; her nieces, Marilyn Sharrow (Rory), Virginia Balch of Wisconsin, Adrienne Bratton of Washington and Kirsten Dickerson (Kyle) of Massachusetts; her nephew Jeff Carlson of Tennessee; her stepchildren, Pam Bird (Dan) of Georgia and Scott McAlpin of Minnesota; her grandchildren, Colton, Dalton and Quinn Bird; and her godchildren, Christy Harris Vansickle and Nicolas Harris.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to The Humane Society or The Lord of Life Church, Sun City West, AZ.
