He is survived by: his son Artie Jr. (Annette); his granddaughter Rebecca; his son David Fortney (Diane); his grandchildren, Zach, Megan, Cody, Wyatt, Sarah Miller (Kevin) and Nick; and his cousins, Donnella Cope (Dwight), Donna Montelongo (Javier), Bev McLain (Don) and Barb Burke (John).
