We are sad to announce that on March 28, 2021, at the age of 95, Audrie Garagiola of Phoenix, Arizona passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Audrie Garagiola to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by : her husband Joe. She is survived by : her close friend Yogi; and her children, Joseph H. Garagiola Jr. (Noel), Steve Garagiola (Carol) and Gina Bridgeman (late Paul). She is also survived by eight grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, Audrie's family is grateful for gifts to St. Peter Indian Mission School or Hospice of the Valley.

“I can't tell you how very sorry I am to learn of this, although belatedly. She and Joe graciously welcomed me into their home when I was the television critic of The Arizona Republic, writing a story about them. Later when I wrote a column praising former TV host Jack Paar, she sent a copy of the column to Mr. Paar, a former neighbor in Connecticut, then a thank you note to me (Mr. Paar subsequently sent his own thank you note). Mr. and Mrs. Garagiola were absolutely wonderful people, the best.”
