She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Thomas Simon and Gertrude Simon; her children, Robert Guthrie, Michael Guthrie and Martha Miranda; her grandchildren, Rebecca, Jessica, Corie, Jaime and Aaron; her great grandchildren, Thomas, Robert, Riley and Hayden; her husband James "Andy" Guthrie; and her son James Guthrie Jr..
In lieu of flowers the family asks contributions be considered for The Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
