He is survived by: his wife Tara Koebler; his parents, Diane Jacobsen and Jeffrey Fox (Judy); his stepfather Stephen Ideman; his sisters, Dawna Carlson and Stephanie Pascarella (Andrew); his siblings' children, Makenna Carlson, Caleb Carlson and Americo Pascarella; his uncles, Jerry Jacobsen (Sharon) and Johnny Fox; and his aunt Bonny Jacobsen.
