She is survived by: her husband John Victor Zapatka; her children, John David Zapatka (Gaye), Barbara Ellen Zapatka, Alissa Johnson (Tom) and Stephen Zapatka; and her granddaughters, Amanda and Danielle Johnson. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
