He is survived by: his parents, Mark Walth and Lorane Tisthammer-Walth of Phoenix; his brothers, Isaac and Aaron; his sister-in-law Laura; his cousins, Derek and Paula Anderson; his friend Drew (Sarah Anderson); his cousins, Codi Smith, Lukas, Lindsay, Levi Smith, Blake and Colton Tisthammer of Kansas City; his grandparents, Harold, Lois Tisthammer, Elton and Violet Walth; and also, Jordy, Dane, Devin, Dylan, Julia, Emma and Hazen of North Platte, Nebraska..
Memorial Donations in lieu of flowers will be given to the Arizona Humane Society.
