He is survived by: his wife Gerri; his daughter Farran Faulconer (Jay); his grandsons, Ben and Will; his son John Cook (Christy); his stepdaughter Julia Noonan; his granddaughter Claire; his stepdaughter Jill Collins Kim; his grandsons, Daesung and Jaegeun; and his son-in-law Kisung Kim.
