He was predeceased by: his parents, Arno Heise and Darlene Heise; and his nephew Devin. He is survived by: his wife Denise Heise of Phoenix, AZ; his son Brandon Heise of Chandler, AZ; his stepdaughter Kristina Zwart (Chris) of Peoria, AZ; his siblings, Holly Heise of Gallatin, TN, Glenn Heise (Tammy) of Kettle River, MN and Kevin Heise (Joan) of Prior Lake, MN; and his grandson Christopher.

Brian received awards for his many achievements, but more importantly for his recent various COVID-19 pandemic response initiatives.
