We are sad to announce that on November 4, 2025, Carrie Ann Brown (Phoenix, Arizona), born in Appleton, Wisconsin passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her sister Tina Maxam Warren. She is survived by: her children, Thomas, Kaylyn, Shawn and Jenna Brown; her grandson Patrick Brown; her siblings, Dan Maxam, Bill Maxam and Jenny Hardin; and her mother Karen Andrews.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the First Christian Church (6750 N 7th Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85013).
Donations to honor her memory may be given to the One World Surgery non-profit.
