He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Cecil Cyrus Vaughn Sr. and Vergie Lucille Ballard Vaughn; his former wife Barbara; and his children, Vicki Roden (Michael) of Prescott, Dr. Cecil C. Vaughn III (Patty) of Phoenix, Dr. Katy Fielder (John) of Phoenix and Michael Vaughn (Debbie). He was also cherished by 10 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made in Cy's honor to Hospice of the Valley.
