He is survived by : his wife Elizabeth Ann; his children, Stephanie, Elizabeth, Benjamin and Andrew; his brother Michael of Smithfield, NC; his grandchildren, Sophia, Alfonso, Amanda and Heather; and his great grandchild Kendilyn. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
