It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles David Hetrick (Phoenix, Arizona), born in Detroit, Michigan, who passed away on September 16, 2025, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Chase Hetrick; his children, John David Hetrick and Cheryl Lynne Hetrick Ball; and his grandchildren, Lysa Cardenas-Velez and Chase David Hetrick.
