It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Charles Ray Mathus (Phoenix, Arizona), born in Vernon, Texas, who passed away on January 4, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Alton and Lois. He is survived by: his wife Arvella; and his children, Kevin (Davida) of Trinity Texas, Sherrie Mathus of Payson, AZ and Kim Hall of Littleton, CO. He is also survived by 14 Grandchildren and 26 Great-grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
