He was predeceased by: his mother Sally L. Perry (Rice); his grandparents, Arthur K., Janet S. Rice (Leighton), Melvin E. and Muriel P. Perry (Pruett); and his cousin Tina M. Browne (Rice).
He is survived by: his father Dr. Clyde M. Perry of Phoenix, AZ; his sister Suzanne (Robert J. Halt, Jr.) of Peoria; his nieces, Caitlyn Berrellez (Aymami) of Colorado Springs, CO and Sarah Aymami of Plymouth, MI; and his nephew Braeden Blaine of Peoria.
