He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Frank and Margaret Ann Henkel; his brothers, Arthur, Johnny and Ray; and his daughter Beverly Henkel (Alvina E.).
He is survived by: his wife Alvina E. Clay; his children, Bradley Henkel of Oceanside, Sherree Svancara (Henkel) of Peoria, Rodney Henkel of Peoria, Michael Henkel of Fountain Hills and Vance Curley of Surprise; and his brothers, Junior and Ralph. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren.
