He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Sullivan and Esther Sullivan; his wife Sue; and his siblings, Dick, Violet Hess and Betty Stephens.
He is survived by: his sister Barbara Heyer; his children, Cathy Sullivan, Christine "Christy" Agosta, Ken Sullivan and Keith Sullivan (Heather); his grandchildren, Leah and Alex; and his children, Daniel, Karen, Jenna, Shaun, Katie and Dylan. He is also survived by five great grandchildren.
