She was predeceased by: her parents, Reba Wendell and Julius Wendell; and her son Steve George. She is survived by: her husband Col. Fred Schroeck; her daughters, Judy Newman, Tina Morrison and Tracy Ortiz; and her grandson John Schroeck.
