With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Connie Besst Armstrong of Phoenix, Arizona, born in Skokie, Illinois, who passed away on January 25, 2026 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Carl Armstrong; and her brother Dale Besst. She is survived by: her son Glin Winsor (Ann); her grandsons, Zachary and Cameron; her stepdaughter Mary Michael (Eric); her grandchildren, Kaitlyn (Joshua), Emily, Joshua, Charlee, Andrew and Benjamin; and her brother Steve Besst (Darlene).

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Connie's honor to Maryvale Church of the Nazarene, where she faithfully served for many years.
