It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Creston Rex Fozzard of Phoenix, Arizona, born in Carbondale, Illinois, who passed away on November 8, 2022, at the age of 40, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Barney, Delores Fozzard, Rex and Martha Lee Murphy; and his aunt Lois Marks.

He is survived by: his parents, Randy Fozzard and Lee Ann Fozzard; his sister Lois Ann Babis (Alex); his daughter Marissa Anne Fozzard; his uncle Jack Marks of Phoenix; and also, Reed Fozzard (Kay), Pete Fozzard of Carterville and Chris Fozzard of Carterville. He is also survived by extended family cousins.

Rex's last selfless act was the gift of organ donation.
