He is survived by: his parents, Amy Lee Johnson and Stephen Chylko; his sister Stevie Chylko; his grandparents, Todd "Papi", Tracee "Granny" Curtis and Beverly Chylko; his aunt Erin "Tia" Johnson; his uncles, Matt Johnson (Ashley), David Johnson, Jeff Sunceri (Veronica), Joey Sunceri and Bryan; and his cousins, Ian and Caroline Johnson. He is also survived by many loving great aunts and uncles, cousins and relatives.
