It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Cynthia Kay Kelly of Phoenix, Arizona, born in Omaha, Nebraska, who passed away on November 30, 2022, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar Burlison and Joyce Burlison; her husband Henry; and her son Patrick. She is survived by: her son Chuck; her daughter-in-law Beth; her granddaughter Jaclyn; her siblings, Bette, Steve, Terry, Jennifer, Lauren, Karen and Karl; her grandsons, Jake and Jackson; and also, Lesley and Paul Ahern. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the organization below which was founded by Cynthia's son Chuck Kelly and his friends.
