Though Dale may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Lowell Norman Armstrong and Merilyn Elsie Watrous; and his wife Janice. He was also cherished by three siblings; nine children; and seventeen grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Trinity Bible Church (3420 W Peoria Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85029).
