He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Chervenka; his daughters, Carol Hodges, Amy Mundy (Mark Mundy), Christina Farrell (David Buckley) and Laura Frye; and his siblings, Michael Chervenka Jr. (Mary Chervenka), Judy Carlson (Glenn Carlson), James "Jim" Chervenka and Chris Chervenka (Candice Chervenka). He is also survived by his loving grandchildren, his future great granddaughter and many more friends and family.
