He is survived by: his wife Deborah; his children, Matthew (Jennifer) and Megan Duty; and his grandchildren, Lauren, Bella, Esmé, Madeleine, Maverick and Ellie.

Donations honoring Daniel's memory can be made to Hospice of the Valley who were instrumental in providing comfort and support to Daniel and family.
