Clark, Jr.; and his siblings, Diana L. Welson (Michael), Nancy A. Day (Doug), Mary Ellen Clark and Steven W. Clark (Kim). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, nieces, and nephews; and a host of extended family.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Daniel's name may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
