It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Eugene Flake (Phoenix, Arizona), who passed away on October 31, 2022, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Flake and Mary Lou Flake; his mother-in-law Marie Walcott; and his siblings, Jim Flake, Sherry Hanna and Gary Flake.
He is survived by: his pets, Sandy, Whiskers, Bailey, Maddie, Holly, Middie, Gizzie, Allie and Little Kitty; his wife Barbara Walcott Flake; his children, Michael Flake, Caitlin Waldrep and Shannon Flake; his brothers, Tim Flake and Dan Flake; his father-in-law Roger Walcott; his siblings-in-law, Gwen, Carol Walcott, John, Carrie Walcott, Ed, Sue Bull, Randy, Ellen Page, Greg, Nancy Hebert, Arthur (Sonny) and Elaine Szczesniak; and also JT Waldrep. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
