He is survived by: his parents, Paul Hopkins and Lisa Crummett; his wife Carralynn Hopkins; his siblings, Abigail Hopkins, Lanna Halbert, Alex Moshenko, Christina Walker, Michael Wilk and Jacqueline Wilk; and his pet Max. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, in-laws.
Faith and service to God were David's foundation, and his final gift was organ donation.
