He was predeceased by: his parents, David Rivera and Dorothy Padilla; and his brother Danny. He is survived by: his wife Ana Tellez; his sisters, Debbie Resendez and Theresa Moncibaez (Louis); his daughters, Elisabeth Aguilar (Robert), Anamaria Ortega (Abraham) and Angelica Soto; his grandsons, David, Abraham and Andrew; and his nephew Daniel.
