It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Delores Ann Jepsen in Phoenix, Arizona, who passed away on September 22, 2022, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her adoptive parents, Harvey Richmond and Viola Richmond; her husband Dale E. Jepsen; her son Matthew Roberts (Jared Stafkey); her brother Dennis Richmond (Cindy); her sibling's children, Gretchen Roberts and Jedidiah Richmond; her great-nephew Joel; and her parents, Harvey Richmond and Viola Richmond.
