She was predeceased by: her parents, Benjamin J. Bott and Verda O. Bott; and her brother Donald Bott. She is survived by: her former husband Lou Costarella; her son Nino A Costarella; her friends, Daniel Saunders, Sue Young, Pat Packowski and James Patterson; her son Karie Costarella; her grandchildren, MaKenna, Bethany, Ethan and Gage; and her sister Jane Andreotti (Guy). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
