She was predeceased by: her brother Andy Collins. She is survived by: her husband Rob Lake; her children, Elizabeth and Ryan Lake; her grandchildren, Hayden and Ashley Lake; and her sister Linda Dunaway Collins.
A celebration of life will be held on Monday, March 9th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Phoenix Bible Church (6060 N 7th Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85013).
