He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil J. Halbert and Dollie Martha Allen; his wife Martha Jane Halbert; his stepfather Olaf Kinberg; his brother Steven Halbert; and his daughter Jean.
He is survived by: his son Doug (Lila Halbert); his grandchildren, Matthew Halbert, Scott Halbert, Lauren Ayers, Julia Grandy, Blake Halbert and Addie Halbert; his daughter Holly (Mitch Morgan); his grandchildren, Cassie Kishpaugh, Spencer Morgan, Grant Morgan, Alexa Clarke and Madelaine Morgan; and his daughter Summer Halbert. He is also survived by Nine beautiful great grandchildren.
