He was predeceased by: his mother Dorothy Peyton. He is survived by: his siblings, Lannie and Linda Peyton; his brother-in-law Peter Rossi; his siblings' children, Keith, Eric and Chelsea Peyton; his daughter-in-law Stacie Peyton; his grandchildren, Connor and Isabelle Peyton; his great grandchildren, Waylon and Micah Peyton; and his siblings' children, David, Daniel Rossi, Linda and Helen Peyton.

“I am sad to hear of Don's passing. We served together in Pleiku, Vietnam in 1968 as part of Company B of the 504th MP Battalion. He was a good soldier and a trusted friend. We reconnected again at a CO B 540th reunion in Las Vegas, NV in 1988. I visited with him in Phoenix several times over the years. Rest in peace my friend. Tim Oliverius Mancos, CO”
