It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donna Jean O'Neill (Phoenix, Arizona), born in Clark, South Dakota, who passed away on January 30, 2024, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Victor Emmons Blegen and Irene Johanna Brenden. She is survived by: her husband Jim O'Neill; her daughter Shelly Ann O'Neill; her sisters, Sharon Carpenter (Gordon) and Bette Stevens (Dan); her sister-in-law Carol O'Neill; and her grandchildren, Cliff Estes, Rami O'Neill, Lisa Estes, Taggart Behr and Kacey Campbell. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren; and many other family and friends.
