It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donna Rose (Surface) Homsher (Phoenix, Arizona), born in Victoria, Texas, who passed away on April 3, 2024, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Mildred Surface (Mears) and Clarence Surface. She is survived by: her husband Jack R Homsher; her daughters, Kendra S Homsher and Andrea L Homsher; and her grandson Devin A Homsher. She is also survived by her family and friends.
