She was predeceased by: her parents, Elias Edward Freeland and Mattie Luvena Simpson. She is survived by: her spouse Marion Denver "Denny" Grow; her children, Larry L. Grow (Linda) and Teresa E. Filleman (John); and her grandchildren, Brian Grow (Bryant Dobbs), Angels Petersen (John), John Wesley Filleman (Miranda) and Scott Filleman (Dara). She is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
The family is thankful for the kindness and care that Doris received from Hospice of the Valley and would ask that in lieu of flowers or other memorials that donations be made to Hospice of the valley, 1510 E Flower Street, Phoenix, AZ 85014.
