She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Melvin Clark and Helen Victoria Wisehart Clark; her husband David E. Williams; and her brother James E. Clark. She is survived by: her children, Tammy Williams Schembri, Terrence Wayne Williams (Jeri) and Tommy Joe Williams (Kathy). She is also survived by seven grandchildren, numerous great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
